Plate 1:Ā A rich, colorful sonority that produces great resonance. Pressure along the fiber of the reed facilitates an unbelievable blowing ease. Incredible ease of articulation.
Plate 2 :Ā A more compact, centered sonority. Similar to the Vandoren MO ligature. A smooth even sound with extraordinary blowing ease.Ā
Plate 3 :Ā The reed vibrates in total freedom due to only being held by 4 small contact points. A very flexible sound with greater ease of expression.
